I'm Tamica and I'm thrilled you are here.
I’m a women’s empowerment coach who found her glow again after walking away from a career that no longer felt aligned.
After 20 years in senior leadership roles—and following the birth of my two beautiful daughters—I found myself feeling lost, unfulfilled, and disconnected from the confident, vibrant woman I used to be.
I was exhausted. I wasn’t sleeping. Stress was running the show. I was spending too many hours at work, my health was suffering, and I could feel those precious early years with my girls slipping through my fingers.
Everything changed when I started working with a coach. That experience sparked a deep passion for personal development and opened my eyes to the possibility of living—and working—in alignment with my values.
When I was offered a redundancy, I knew it was my opportunity to reset. In the weeks that followed, I realised something powerful: the part of my corporate career that lit me up the most was coaching and mentoring others to grow in confidence, uncover their strengths, and step into their potential.
So I followed that spark.
Through my own transformation, I’ve worked through limiting beliefs, reconnected with my values, and discovered a whole new level of confidence and clarity. And now, I support other women to do the same—to stop people-pleasing, set powerful boundaries, and live a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and free.
These days, I wake up excited—to be the best mum I can be, to live with purpose, and to help women like you glow again.
