The more I understood myself, the more certain I became that this was the work I wanted to do.
Not because I had all the answers.
But because I had experienced the power of understanding myself differently.
I wanted to create that same space for other women.
As my curiosity grew, so did my learning.
I immersed myself in coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Matrix Therapies®, Timeline Therapy®, Conscious Hypnosis and other evidence-informed approaches to understanding behaviour and creating lasting change.
Each gave me new tools.
But more importantly, they gave me language for what I'd been observing throughout my career.
Over time, I realised something important.
The frameworks helped me explain how change happens.
But they never changed what I believed about people.
Every woman brings with her a lifetime of experiences, strengths, patterns and possibilities.
My role isn't to tell her who she should become.
It's to create a space where she can understand herself well enough to choose what comes next.
I bring together everything I've learnt through my coaching and professional training, along with years of leadership experience.
Not to give women the answers.
But to ask the questions that help them discover their own.

Today, my work brings together my years of leadership experience, professional training and my own journey of understanding myself.
Not to help women become someone different.
But to help them reconnect with who they already are.
My approach begins with curiosity.
It creates space for understanding.
And from that understanding come new choices.
I don't believe lasting change comes from trying harder.
Or becoming a better version of yourself.
I believe it begins when we understand ourselves deeply enough to:
Respond differently.
Choose differently.
Live more intentionally.
And that's what I now have the privilege of helping other women do.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You simply need a space to pause, be heard and become curious about what might be possible.
A 30-minute Connection Conversation is a relaxed opportunity for us to talk about where you are, what's been happening, and what you're looking for.
We'll explore whether working together feels right for you — and if it does, we'll talk about what the next step could look like.
